What is Thrive?
At Luminous Oak Academy, Thrive is not a lesson or a programme—it is our way of being with children. Thrive shapes how we connect, how we understand behaviour, and how we create a school where every child feels safe, cared for and believed in. It is the relational heart of our community.

Through calm, attuned, and nurturing relationships, Thrive supports children to explore feelings, develop confidence, and build strong emotional roots that will last a lifetime.
